In-store physical purchasing:
We would like to inform you that the return and exchange are not accept for all in-store physical purchases. You have to check the item, its specification, function and etc before finalize the purchase.
Before dispatching any sale for online orders, our dedicated team thoroughly inspects each item to ensure it is a good and correct item. This includes checking for any defects, damages, issue or discrepancies.
However If, for any reason, you are having and issue with your purchase, we are here to help. if your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request through the Return & Refund Request within 03 hours after you receive the package via delivery service via the method mentioned here.
Return & Refund Request methods.
We not accept any other method of request while we should have an evidence for your request withing the acceptable duration. However You can contact us by phone call to inform and get support regarding your issue.
Almost all our products are targeted to be used by kids, infant and pregnant mothers. Due to health and safety issue of kids, infant and pregnant mothers we are not accept any used items.
Valid reasons to return an item:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Not accept return and refund
NOTE: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given. In such case the customer should bare the this delivery charge.
NOTE: It is important
to indicate the Order Number (and if you have a return number, include
both) on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your
return process. If the order number cannot be find you can use the delivery reference number too.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment / desired method below. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
